1. Who we are

This website is operated by Telora Limited, a company registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) under registration number 38451, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "Telora", "we" and "us" refer to Telora Limited.

Telora is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The content of your message

Information collected automatically. When you visit this website or the contact form, limited technical data is processed by our service providers, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.

We do not create user accounts, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use your data and why

• To respond to your enquiry. We use the details you send us to reply and to manage any follow-up. We do this because you have asked us to, and because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to enquiries about our business.
• To protect the website. We use technical data to block spam, bots and abuse. This is in our legitimate interest in keeping the site and our inbox secure.
• To understand how the website is used. We use cookieless, aggregated analytics to see things like page views and site performance. This is in our legitimate interest in improving the site.

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

4. Service providers we use

We use the following providers to run this website. They process personal data on our behalf and only for the purposes described here:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and delivery, security, bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form) and cookieless website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Zite (Restly, Inc.): hosts our contact form at contact.tel-ora.com and stores the messages submitted through it. Zite may also collect basic usage information about the form.
• Google (Google Workspace): our business email, where enquiries are delivered and answered.

5. International transfers

Our service providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside ADGM and the United Arab Emirates. In particular, Zite stores contact form submissions in the United States, and Cloudflare processes traffic in data centres around the world. Where personal data is transferred outside ADGM, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries and our correspondence with you for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Technical and analytics data is kept by our providers for limited periods in line with their own retention practices.

7. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our website analytics are cookieless. Our hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to protect the website and the contact form from abuse. These are required for the site to work securely and do not track you across other websites.

8. Your rights

Under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the ADGM Office of Data Protection. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

9. Security

This website and the contact form are served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are checked on the server for spam and bots before they are accepted. Access to enquiries is limited to Telora personnel who need it to respond.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
